Every Pro tier includes 5,000 AI credits a month. If you need more AI or more sends than your tier includes, you can buy additional capacity without moving up a tier — your price should follow the clients you manage, not one heavy month of sending.
What actually counts.
The three things the price depends on, defined plainly — because a pricing metric you cannot predict is a pricing metric you cannot trust.
An active client
A client or account you did real work on during the month — a conversation, an opportunity, a ticket, an invoice, a task on their behalf.
Twenty emails, three tickets, two opportunities and an invoice for the same client in one month is still one active client.
An outbound send
A message the platform sends for you: campaigns, sequences, transactional email and automated workflow mail.
Sending a campaign to 5,000 people does not turn those 5,000 into active clients. That is already paid for as sending, and charging twice for it would be wrong.
An AI credit
The unit the assistant spends. Different actions cost different amounts, because they cost us different amounts — a short answer is not a full agent task.
You are never billed in tokens or model calls. Those are our problem, not something you should have to price.
